Career Fair

BioSpace produces the Career Fair at CALBIO2012 with support from the Biotechnology Human Resources Network (BHRN). CALBIO2012 is BayBio and BIOCOM’s statewide annual conference that brings together the life sciences sectors across California and beyond.

The Career Fair at CALBIO2012 takes place on the eve of the conference, Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Job seekers can spend the afternoon with HR representatives and hiring managers from top-notch life sciences companies including therapeutic, medical device, diagnostic and pharma. Participating life science companies are recruiting top talent across all areas of their organizations from business development to clinical and regulatory affairs.

Who Should Attend

Candidates should be current or former employees of life science companies with a minimum of a four-year degree and two-years of industry related experience. * Equivalent work experience considered in lieu of a four-year college degree. PhD and Postdoc candidates are welcome.

Scope of Participating Companies

Exhibitors consist of leading biotechnology companies including therapeutic, medical device, diagnostic and pharma. A detailed list is available at BioSpace Career Fair at CALBIO2012.

We suggest taking the time to research each company you are interested in speaking with to see if they are currently recruiting for positions that match your expertise. If you can’t make it to the career fair, registering online will allow exhibiting companies to view your resume and contact you outside of the career fair.
