Your company will have the opportunity to work with CALBIO2012 on selecting the plenary discussion topic and speaker(s) (based on availability and approval by Advisory Board). Additional opportunities include the option to host plenary speaker for a private, invitation-only pre- or post-presentation function at the conference, an on-stage introduction of the speaker as well as a video introduction of your company at the plenary session opening (limit 2 minutes max). Your company will receive top billing within one of the eight conference tracks and will be positioned as an exclusive industry sponsor (based on availability). Your company will be provided with an opportunity to work with CALBIO2012 on selecting up to three discussion topics for the sponsored track (subject to approval by the Advisory Board), including nomination of session speakers and moderators. Opportunity to distribute one piece of company material inside selected track. Recognized as a Gold Level Sponsor.

Your company will receive top billing and will be positioned as the exclusive sponsor of the invitation-only Business Development Reception, traditionally hosted by the BIOCOM and BayBio Board Chairs and Boards of Directors. Your company will have the opportunity to work with CALBIO2012 on qualifying and inviting Business Development Reception guests. Opportunity to display promotional materials and giveaways at the reception. Recognized as a Silver Level Sponsor.

Your company will be positioned as the Exclusive Lanyard, Meeting Bag, Padfolio, or Water Bottle Sponsor, respectively, with the company logo prominently displayed on the item distributed to all conference attendees. Recognition equal to a Silver Level Sponsor.

Your company will receive top billing and will be positioned as an exclusive sponsor of the Opening Reception on the first day of the conference, attended by almost 1,000 industry guests from an industry-wide audience. Your company will be provided with an opportunity to work with CALBIO2012 on reception-related activities designed to familiarize attendees with your company. Your company will receive top billing and will be positioned as an exclusive sponsor of the Closing Reception. The Closing Reception provides a significant attendee draw through announcements of raffle prizes exclusively at this event. Your company will be provided with an opportunity to work with CALBIO2012 on additional reception-related activities designed to familiarize attendees with your company. Foreign Government Agency Package (BayBio or BIOCOM membership required)

The Partnering Suite Package is intended for mature pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostic companies and provides an opportunity to schedule private one-on-one meetings with the conference attendees to evaluate new technologies, products and platforms. In addition to one private partnering suite for the duration of the conference, your company will receive 5 complimentary full conference registrations. Recognition equal to Bronze Level Sponsor.

Exhibitor package provides your company with an opportunity to make your brand stand out in front of top executives and decision makers from life science companies. Included in this package is (1) full conference registration (excluding partnering forum access), (1) exhibit only registration (booth staff) and standard 8’x10’ exhibitor package for the duration of the conference. You will have the opportunity to select your location within the exhibit hall prior to the conference (some restrictions may apply).

Hospitality Suite Package offers your company the opportunity to host a hospitality reception in a dedicated suite on the first night of the conference. Your company will collaborate with CALBIO2012 to provide visibility for your reception including placement of one piece of collateral, advertising your hospitality reception, in conference bags. This package includes dedicated suite only (Suite Sponsor must arrange, at direct cost, all other items such as food, beverage, décor, audio visual, electrical, internet, labor, etc. directly with the hotel/vendor).
