Objectives: The Bay Area Biotech Organizational Learning and Development (BOLD) Group is a network of Organizational Development (OD) professionals interested in sharing best practices, developing leaders and learning about relevant topics in the biotech/OD field.

Membership:
This group is open to organizational learning and development professionals in life sciences companies in the Bay Area. This is not open to vendors or consultants unless they are active participants in the group. The group meets every two months for approximately two hours.
