BayBio2008 Speaker Information

All confirmed conference speakers are automatically registered for the conference. All conference speakers receive complimentary full conference admission to BayBio2008 conference. This conference admission is non-transferable.

All speakers are requested to arrive on-site no later than 1 (one) hour prior to their scheduled presentation.

To obtain your conference credentials, you will need to check-in with a BayBio representative at the speaker registration table.

There will be a Speaker-Ready Room available throughout the day. This room can be utilized by the speakers to go over panel format and for rehearsal of presentations. A laptop, overhead projector and a screen will be provided, should you need to run through individual presentations.

Each conference session location will be equipped with a laptop (PC), overhead projector, a screen and microphones. If you plan on using a PowerPoint presentation, in order to avoid technical glitches, incompatibility issues and for your convenience, your presentation will be pre-loaded on a PC laptop that BayBio will provide. You need to submit your PowerPoint presentation via email to misha@baybio.org by 5:00 pm California on Thursday, April 10, 2008. We would advise you to bring a back-up copy of your presentation on a CD or a memory card-type device (USB).

BayBio would like to make all conference presentations available to the attendees in an electronic format (copy-protected PDF) after the conference, so please fill out and send us your consent form.

Speakers are requested to fill out a Speaker Information & Authorization Form.
