All confirmed conference speakers are automatically registered for the conference. All conference speakers receive complimentary full conference admission to BayBio2010 conference. This conference admission is non-transferable.
Speakers are encouraged to submit their bio (one paragraph up to 150 words) and photo (high resolution JPEG) to be included in the printed conmerence program. Please submit such materials via email to misha@baybio.org by 5:00 pm PST on Friday, March 12, 2010..
All speakers are requested to arrive on-site no later than one (1) hour prior to their scheduled presentation.
To obtain your conference credentials, you will need to check-in with a BayBio representative at the speaker registration table.
There will be a Speaker-Ready Room available throughout the day. This room can be utilized by the speakers to go over panel format and for rehearsal of presentations.
Each conference session location will be equipped with a laptop (PC), overhead projector, a screen and microphones.
If you plan on using a PowerPoint presentation, in order to avoid technical glitches, incompatibility issues and for your convenience, your presentation will be pre-loaded on a PC laptop that BayBio will provide. You need to submit your PowerPoint presentation via email to misha@baybio.org by 5:00 pm California on Friday, April 2, 2010. We would advise you to bring a back-up copy of your presentation on a CD or a memory card-type device (USB).
BayBio would like to make all conference presentations available to the attendees in an electronic format (copy-protected PDF) after the conference, so please fill out and send us your consent form.
Speakers are requested to fill out a Speaker Information & Authorization Form.
