Steven Burrill will offer unique, global insight into past and future of the industry. G. Steven Burrill will discuss the 2005 industry financials, including 12 months of company financial data and market caps for the US, Europe, Canada and Asia; and historical industry performance over the past 20 years; offer an analysis of key activities taking place in various industry sectors including: healthcare, diagnostics, nutraceuticals, agbio, and industrial biotechnology; provide industry highlights including: new product approvals, advances in technology, scientific breakthroughs, regulatory challenges, business models, strategic partnering/M&A activity, as well as a thorough analysis of the finance and capital markets.
	3:15pm	Closing Plenary Session: Reinhard Hanselka, President of Integrated Engineering Services. 2007 New California Building, Fire and Mechanical Codes The New 2007 California Codes are a radical departure from what we have had for the past 25 years. Old concepts are no longer valid. Terminology has changed. Construction methods and standards will be different. Seismic safeguards will be more conservative. In short every Californian will have to relearn these new Codes, Standards and Concepts.
