Reverse Mergers and APOs

In this forum, we will discuss the increasingly popular route of going public via the reverse merger process. This transaction, also called an Alternative Public Offering (APO) when combined with a simultaneous fund raising, opens the door to many different pools of investment capital. This capital can often be less dilutive to a company when compared to the alternatives presented as a private company, however, there are many risks and challenges to being a public company. Our forum will discuss the intricacies of a reverse merger, the steps necessary to completion and the benefits associated with a successful transaction.
