Program Director

Misha Tsirulnikov holds a Master of Arts Degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University (1996) and brings to BayBio seven years of hands-on special event production experience.

Tsirulnikov has extensive international work experience supported by almost a decade of service in the print, radio and television media, as well as in the advertising and public relations industries.

Tsirulnikov's past clients include The Limited, Inc., Victoria's Secret Stores, Nationwide Insurance. He played key role in the development efforts and opening of COSI, Central Ohio’s Center of Science and Industry, and was instrumental in the university communications review at the request of the Office of University Relations at The Ohio State University.

Tsirulnikov served as an Account Representative and Team Lead on special projects including Community Shelter Board, YWCA of Greater Columbus, Children’s Hospital, Children’s Defense Foundation, United Way of Franklin County, Sister Cities International, Yad Vashem Memorial (Israel) and Moscow Art Theater (Russia), among many others.
