Director of Development

Darryl Flick has a diverse background in both development and event planning. Born and raised on the East Coast he has spent the past ten years in San Francisco.

As the first Executive Director of one of the largest outdoor events in the State of California, Darryl has a great deal of experience in working with logistics, planning, and development along with building relationships with various city, state and corporate partners. Additionally, Darryl has helped to develop two International affiliate events. One each in Canada and Germany while navigating the intricacies of both national cultures.

Darryl has been a part of the BayBio team for over five years, and joined us full time beginning in 2008.
